Good experience

My review is that I had ordered a very expensive set of hearing aids from a
well known company, I had been wearing them for 5 months or so, I did like
them and yes they did help! Some times you would get a squeal or chirp and
the wind really helped too much!!!
So one day saw a pop-up add for the Ozzie home brand of in the canal
hearing aids, I'm a very skeptical person but thought for $100, what the
heck I'll try them, they offered expedited shipping for less than $10 so
did that also!!! It took about a week to get them in, so don't exactly
know what expedited shipping means but any way,
I wore the Ozzie home brand aids and did like alot of features, and didn't
have the wind and squealing issues, on the night of the second day, was
laying on couch watching TV and noticed something didn't seem right so
checked my right ear, it seemed ok. Reached up to my left ear and aids was
gone!!!Had no idea where or when I had lost it! So started checking
couch,kitchen bedroom ect, ect, truck, garage. None to my surprise did not
find it!!! Still did want to experience these hearing aids, so I emailed
Ozzie home and ask them if I could buy a single, or if I had to buy
another set? Ozzie home staff went the extra mile and took care of the
situation!!!! Every Ozzie home person that. Emailed me or I emailed or
texted them was courteous and very helpful.
OZZIE HOME HAS VERY VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Be aware

Be aware. Their warranty does IS NOT VALID IF YOU ACTUALLY USE THE HEARING AIDS. That's right, if you don't open the box you can return them and get a refund. If you try them out to see if they work, the warranty is no longer valid.

Hearing aids

I bought these hearing aids because I was disappointed with the NHS pair, I wasn't disappointed with the aid's you supplied, they did take a little bit of time to learn how to fit them and get used to them, but, once I did I haven't looked back. You kept me informed of when to expect them and where they were en route. I would recommend these hearing aids and thank you very much.

They are crooks…

UPDATE(IMPORTANT)
I was contacted by OZZI HOMESasking me to change my review. They apologized several times but still wouldn’t give me an address to return the product. Then they offered me to keep the product and not have to send it back and said they would refund my money. But….when it came to returning my money, they claim their systems are down and can’t process a refund. They must not have fixed it because I still haven’t received a refund. They also offered to ZELLE the funds but I don’t have that capability. They then asked for my bank account information so they can send money to it. I WASNT ABOUT TO GIVE THEM MY BANK INFORMATION. THEY HAVE CHEATED ME ALREADY AND NOW THEY WANT ACCESS TO MY BANK!!!!???
DO NOT GET INTO THE SAME MESS I DID WITH THESE CROOKED PEOPLE. YOU CAN THANK ME LATER.

These people won’t provide instructions as to where to return the product for a refund after numerous attempts to get the info. No info on product information and they won’t respond beyond “we will get back to you”. They are crooks.

Update: they sent me two emails asking for more information but just like with other correspondence from my wife, there appears to be no way to send them the information that is requested and was sent previously when we started communicating with us.
Don’t trust them. I welcome them contacting me directly so we can settle this crap!

Abismal!

My experience with your company and my BTC CIC Hearing Aids, has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The issues began with your website, which provides no option to cancel an order once placed. When I reached out to support, I was told the item had already shipped and that I could only request a refund after delivery. Since there was no way to cancel, I had no choice but to file a credit card dispute.
The second major problem was shipping. I paid for priority delivery, yet no clear delivery timeframe was provided. The tracking eventually showed the package was returned by the shipper without any delivery attempt. When I contacted support again, you claimed there was a problem with the shipping number. At this point, I emailed your company explaining that I had already filed a dispute and again requested cancellation, as the order had never arrived.
Instead of resolving the issue, your company demanded I withdraw my dispute before proceeding further—something I refused, since I still had not received the product and had no chance to apply for a refund in a timely manner. Only afterward I refused to drop the dispute, did you offer me a 50% refund and a promise of timely delivery, which I accepted. While the product eventually arrived, the partial refund promised has still not been issued.
Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The device itself is defective, producing an intermittent high-pitched squeal even after troubleshooting with your support staff. Its quality is no better than a cheap, generic sound amplifier, and overall, I cannot recommend this product or any other product your company provides.

The first hearing aids I received appeared to be faulty, but the company replaced them as soon as I reported the fault.
