I have had to get in touch when I have made a subscription order by mistake / to the wrong address etc and they have been so easy to get hold of on the phone and really helpful.

The £25 a month angel fee is worth it for great wines, and good discounts.

I really love NakedWines. Their wines are hitting my tastebuds at the right spot with like 85% of their wines! Sure, it happens that I don't like 1 or 2 selections from them in my box, but no hassle, I get the rufund and use it for something delicious next time! Highly recommend!

They charged me $40 without my authorization. Don’t trust this company!

Review of Naked Wines California: A Disappointing Experience
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Naked Wines in California over the course of three wine shipments, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others.
First, their delivery process is a nightmare. They require someone to be home to present ID, which is inconvenient for anyone with a busy schedule. On one occasion, I missed a delivery because I couldn’t be home on the scheduled day, and the shipment was sent all the way back to the sender—right before my birthday! I was left scrambling to buy wine for my celebration at a local store, which defeated the purpose of ordering in advance.
The next time, the shipment was delayed and arrived well after my birthday, making the whole experience feel unreliable and poorly managed. It’s incredibly disappointing when you’re counting on a delivery for a special occasion, and Naked Wines consistently failed to deliver on time.
To top it all off, I’ve been trying for over a year to get a refund of my unused $76 credit. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve received no response. Their customer service is practically nonexistent, leaving me feeling ignored and cheated.
My experience with Naked Wines has been nothing short of horrific. I deeply regret signing up for their “Angel” rewards program without researching first. I wish I had checked reviews on Reddit beforehand, as it seems I’m not alone in my frustration. If you’re considering Naked Wines, beware—save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I've subscribed for over 3 years and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I get wines that i can't find in the supermarket, they're delivered pretty efficiently (only one delivery glitch and they sorted it out), and I get a 'free' sample thrown in every now and then. Yes the 'headline' RRP prices are over the top, but I find their Angel prices no worse than the majority of supermarkets with some really good options. Tasting notes and on site comments make it much easier to pick something to your liking than the average supermarket shelf. Dealing with them over any enquiries or issues is easy. I'm no wine buff and yes, there are probably cheaper wines out there. However, I invariably go back to favourites from their site and like the fact I can talk to their staff/other members on the site. I also like the fact my monthly stipend acts like a 'saving scheme' and anyone who can read should be able to understand the initial voucher discount and fact you sign up monthly. I don't have to buy if I don't want to, they will refund if I really dislike something ( I don't mean 'not just to my taste'), and I don't have to lug the bottles back. What's not to like?

Naked wines used to be great, and the idea of supporting small producers is wonderful. To be fair the wines are still good value and mostly excellent quality. The delivery on the other hand is just awful nowadays. What used to be an excellent next day service has turned into a “may turn up, may not turn up” delivery service that takes around a week, if you’re lucky. You then have the joys of battling with an AI customer service tool to try and get the situation resolved.

Honestly Named Wines, whatever you’ve saved by downgrading your dispatch/delivery service will be wasted in lost custom from people who won’t bother trying to order from you anymore.

Good wines at good prices

I'm astonished when I see the reviews on Naked Wines. I gotta tell you that I've been ordering wines from them for 2 years now ... and every experience has been amazing! I especially appreciate the selection tools, the user reviews/feedback on wines and the prices are pretty compelling. Plus, they sneak in surprise benefits like unexpected discounts or additional bottles at no cost. I belong to an expensive wine club as well ... but I have some much fun trying the different wines that offer! I recommend them without hesitation!!!

I really appreciate the good quality wines they offer which you can't get anywhere else. I try other wines occasionally but Naked wines are usually superior or at least to my taste and I order regularly. I like the business model too - it works and there is no down side.

We placed our first order after this company was recommended by our friends who gave us your voucher, but despite three announcements over the last three days regarding expected delivery, nothing had been delivered to our door. Absolutely unreliable service and total disappointment. If these 12 bottles of red wine were ordered for a certain date and purpose or event etc. you’d be responsible not only for failure to adhere to your own standards but disaster to someone else’s social life. Sadly, we can’t recommend Naked Wines to anyone who appreciates trust and reliable service. With regards, Paul & Amanda

These people JUST WILL NOT GO AWAY…. Seriously, you can’t even block them… have reported to my provider and looking to take legal action for HARRASSMENT…

Great wines. Great suggestions

We have been loyal customers of Naked Wines for almost 2 years. Unfortunately, for the last 6 months the service has deteriorated significantly. The last 3 orders we made, we experienced a delay of almost a week on all of the orders without any compensation or proper apology. Unfortunately, we are considering changing our wine provider

My daughter had a very disappointing experience with her order not delivered in time for Christmas. Still, I decided to start to save for a nice case of wine for a birthday month.
Twice now my case has been delayed. All I get from Naked Wines is apology emails.
Only use if you're prepared to be disappointed and have to run out to Majestic Wines for your occassion.

Have really enjoyed the wines from here but the customer service is currently appalling. Order has been in the warehouse ready for dispatch for a week now. £6.99 for delivery and every day I receive an email apologising that they haven’t sent it. No actual reason, and no sign of me ever receiving this order. Have since cancelled my subscription before I lose any more money.

I've been an Angel for 10 years. The wines are consistently good but in the last 12-18 months the service has been going downhill. Increasingly deliveries are delayed whether you set (purchase) a specific slot or not. Little explanation or attempt to make amends. I'm losing my patience.
