Researched for months to purchase a beauty device and found the price for most all the devices half the cost on Myernk. Too good to be true I thought... but with a 24 month warranty, why not try it! Six days later it arrived in perfect condition and works flawlessly. Now, only time will tell if Tripollar vx3 works as they claim it does, and thank goodness my investment didn't break the bank.

Placed a $1300 order 10 days ago and still haven't received it. Tracking info said it's in Chicago but no estimated delivery. Tried to contact customer service and no response. Will be contacting fraud department on my credit card.

I changed my star rating from a 5 to a 2 for now. I purchased the Tripolla Stop VX2 Gold a few weeks ago, and it arrived well-packaged and sealed, with the gel also sealed and an expiration date that’s good for a year. I’ve used it 5-6 times so far. On the first day, the lowest heat setting was very warm, and by the second and third use, I could use it on level 2. However, the last few times on level 3, it barely heats up, which makes me think the device might be defective.
I’ve contacted the company to ask what can be done, as I’ve only used it a few times and it’s been less than a month since I purchased it. I hope they can resolve this quickly, and I’m hoping they’ll send me a replacement without charging extra shipping fees, as it came from Hong Kong and I’m in the US. It wasn’t the least expensive device they offer, though this particular one was on a very big sale. I wonder if that’s why there’s an issue.
I’m also concerned about the potential delays in getting a replacement and don’t want to wait weeks, especially since I’m trying to stick to a routine. I’m still waiting to see improvements from the device, but with it not working properly now, I’m likely set back at least a week while I wait for a response. I’ll keep you updated on their reply.

I was a little hesitant to buy from Myernk because I haven’t heard about this company before and the prices were suspiciously low. However, after reading the reviews I decided to take a chance and am very glad I did! The service is outstanding! I received my Tripollar Gold in 10 days. The price is unbeatable.
