Very good product - solved my cold sore problems.

Why does it smell so bad? Prior to the relaunch as Lipivir Protect in 2024, Lipivir was practically odour-free. It now smells and tastes foul - what is the cause?

Amazing cream, couldn’t be without it.

Please NEVER discontinue this! It is the only thing that stops my cold sores and I use it every single day. The only thing I wish is if there was bigger tubes as they don't really last very long.

I really rated the old lipivir. It was very effective in keeping cold sores at bay, was easy to squeeze out of the tube and didn’t have a nasty smell. The new product I find is still effective but smells awful and is so difficult to squeeze out of the plastic tube especially to get the last bit out. Why change what was a brilliant product?

I like lipivir product as it does the job. Only criticism is that I’m not keen on the smell. The old product smelt better

This product was amazing and when using it I never got any breakouts, this included through a stressful divorce and house move. I then got complacent because I went years without a cold sore so didn't use it for a while. A couple of months ago I had a massive break out so swiftly ordered more. The product is now completely different. It smells and tastes horrible, overpowering cloves. I've used it a couple of weeks and will continue to use it on the pretence the original product did stop me getting coldsores and hoping this still works. But it certainly isn't pleasant using it twice a day.

Absolutely gutted. I have used this product for around 5 years and with the greatest success. Before I found this product I had around 8-9 bad breakouts every year. I used the last of my Lipivir gel in Nov 2024. The next I came to order it appears they have re designed their product to Lipivir Protect. This product felt and smelt completely different. Besides it smelling of damp I thought best not to judge until I have reason. Well my reason is now with a vengeance. My lips are so sore all of the time. It's like I'm living with permanent cold sores all over my lips each and every day!! Why o why did they have to change what worked? After 35 years of suffering from horrific cold sores, Lipivir gave me my life back. And now? It's back to hiding. The impact of this product change is Damming!

Great products that do the trick to protect against the British weather elements. They are thick and viscous - you don’t need to use much. Lip balm is a nice add on

Nach meinem Lippen Permanent Make Up Termin habe ich Lipivir sofort aufgetragen und tatsächlich kein einziges Herpes Bläschen bekommen!
Vor ein paar Jahren hatte ich bereits ein Permanent Make Up gehabt aber kurz danach waren meine ganzen Lippen überhäuft von Herpes sodass vom PMU nichts mehr übrig blieb.

Miracle product - for years I suffered pretty much monthly with cold sores and nothing ever worked to stop them. Once I brought this, I will never stop! I used morning and night, I never get cold sores anymore. Thank you so much for creating this product.

Have used Lipivoir for over 2 years now. At first the coldsores were reduced in severity and number but using over time seems to have all but eliminated them! I'm touching wood and crossing my fingers as I write this!
