Scam company!
Scam company!! 3 months and no product. When I reached out their response was that the product was lost somewhere while in shipping. I asked for a full refund and they said due to the lost item they could refund me what was left after the product and shipping costs were taken out. What???? So zero refund and no product. Stay away from this company.

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. I ordered a small rug exactly a month ago. I’ve asked twice for the tracking number (which they never sent) but they keep saying “We have asked the carrier to expedite transportation speed.” They won’t give me the tracking number…SCAM!

Terrible company
Terrible company. My item took 3 weeks, shipped from Greece (??).Tracking updates were very late and I didn't know it was supposed to have arrived several days after it was supposed to have been delivered. It never arrived. The company claimed that they checked with the local USPS - untrue. Then they told me I had to follow up with the PO and they gave me two fictional tracking numbers. The post office had never heard of them or the tracking numbers. I made "support" check the address and the conversation ended there. They basically said it was my problem that it didn't arrive. Bad policy, bad customer service. They should have offered a refund or ship another item. This was a huge waster of my time. Don't order anything from these people.
