Extremely Poor Quality Bat – Cracked Within 4 Balls KIS Unstoppable Review
I purchased a KIS Unstoppable cricket bat from for ₹7,000, expecting reasonable quality at this price point. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The bat developed visible track marks and two cracks in the middle of the blade after facing just 4 balls. This was the very first use. There was no edge hit or mishit involved anyone who plays cricket knows that improper shots usually cause edge damage, not two cracks in the middle, which clearly indicates poor-quality wood or defective manufacturing.
When I contacted customer support, instead of addressing the quality issue, they blamed “improper play” and refused responsibility. They kept referring to a 30-day policy, but that policy seems meaningless when a product is defective from day one.
To be clear, I did not ask for a refund—only a replacement bat, which is a reasonable request given the circumstances. This was also denied.
For a bat marketed as “Unstoppable”, cracking within minutes of use is unacceptable. Based on my experience, the product quality and after-sales support do not justify the price.
I’m sharing this review so others can make an informed decision before buying.
