I don't like the fact you can't return an unopened unused part. Thepart we received was for a KIA Turbo and ours is not Turbo, all we want is to exchange but NO!! We have just spent another $232 for the correct part!!

Ordered wrong headlamp when realized ordered the new one. You refused to allow me to return the wrong one I ordered, so I am out $600

Missing parts very poor packaging

This was a strange experience. Normally when parts are not available you can not add to your cart and "purchase". This was not the case. I was able to add unavailable parts and purchase. The only thing that was normal was the refund was given without issue. I

I received an empty package

I ordered the part I thought I needed and I was wrong. I have been trying for 20 some days with little satisfaction. All the emails either come back as no email address (I replied directly to their emails) OR no replies period. I have to call and get some run around no apologies just oh yeah I finally get an RMA they send a form that says If you choose to use your own carrier here is your return. I called and asked who do you use no reply I was told to use who I want. I would really suggest not to use this company unless you KNOW EXACTLY what you need 0.

Ordered a mirror that arrived defective. Tried to get it replaced with the warranty but they’ve been dragging their feet as much as possible. Website says they respond within two business days but they take over two weeks to actually respond. They’ve hung up on me multiple times when I tried calling. The parts are good OEM parts, but if they arrive with any issues, don’t expect them to fix it.

Scam. They will take your money and send you wrong part and refuse to return it

I was able to find the exact part I was looking for. Checkout was relatively easy. Part price is a little bit lower than the equivalent Hyundai part, which is why I bought from here in the first place.

Was told the part wpuld be received within 1-4 days. It was not even shipped until 12 days later and once it was shipped it took another SIX days to get here!! I was told they do not allow cancellations or refunds. I tried to get the order cancelled so I could purchase the part from a different place that would actually send it within a day or two. I waited two and a half weeks for a part that they told me I would get within four days. If you need a part quick this is not the place yoi want to order from, also the fact they don’t allow cancellations, refunds, or returns is definitely a red flag that I was not even informed of until after I purchased the item.
