It was my first experience with kaaba tours and certainly a very good one.
My package was 7 days and was tailored to how I wanted it too be, Abdullah really guided us well and whatever was was mentioned in my package weather it was the distance from my hotel to haram or our transfers etc..it was on point.
We where very satisfied and the whole
journey was smooth

The best thing was we where guided according to our budget and it was perfect as it was my son's first umrah.

Horrible company that makes agreements but when you pay in full, they take every opportunity to cancel leaving customers in difficulties to find expensive deals last minute

I recently used Kaaba tours for my Umrah with family.
Abdullah was incredibly responsive made the entire process seamless and the value for the service provided by him was exceptional.
Their pricing was very competitive compared to other agencies. The accommodation at Swisstol Makkah with Kaaba View was excellent, and the transportation arrangements were smooth, making my journey stress-free but Emaar Elite Hotel in Madina was not as great as expected.
I also thankful to Mohsin, who helped us with Abdullah.

I didn't end up booking with kabaah tours but the service I recieved from Abdullah during the enquiry was great.

Although I didn’t end up booking my Umrah package with Kaaba Tours, I felt it was only right to write a review to recognise the outstanding support and professionalism I received from them throughout the enquiry process.

From the start, I had many questions and concerns, especially around ATOL protection, credit card payment, and general trustworthiness — which is understandable when booking something as important and sacred as Umrah.

Abdullah from Kaaba Tours was incredibly patient, polite, and responsive. He answered all my questions promptly, transparently explained the booking process, and never pressured me at any stage. I especially appreciated how he explained that their packages are fulfilled through Polani Travel Ltd (ATOL 5311) — a well-known, established company — and that Umrah Ventures was assisting with card payments due to merchant account limitations (which I’ve since learned is quite common in the travel industry).

The package itself was very well priced, with good quality hotels in Makkah and Madinah and a well-thought-out itinerary that included all the key Ziyarats. It was one of the most affordable yet complete Umrah packages I came across, especially considering flights, visa, accommodation, and transfers were all included.

What stood out to me most was their respect for my concerns, and their willingness to accommodate — including sourcing a card payment option when they didn’t have one readily available. That kind of effort shows a lot about their values and customer care.

Even though I ultimately chose not to proceed for my own reasons, I would absolutely consider them again in the future and would recommend others at least speak to them — particularly if you’re looking for affordability, personalised service, and a team that genuinely listens to you.

I received amazing services from Kaaba Tours, their team was really amazing and over all experience was on point. We enjoyed our trip to Umrah and there was no issues at all.
