We apologize for this. It does seem we sent it to UPS they never scanned your package. It was traced and found. We see it was delivered on 11/4. Unfortunately, some carriers do lose packages which sometimes causes delays.

We apologize for this issue. As free shipping is for orders over $35, we currently have the lowest minimum dollar amount to reach free shipping in the CBD industry, even as prices skyrocket from all the major carriers.

I received an open package item(seal was obviously broken). I was told by customer service that it wasn’t, and that if I wanted a refund/return I’d have to ship it back first and pay for the shipping myself.

My order arrived in 2 days. Very prompt. The gummies taste yummy. I use them for sleep. I still have to take a sleeping pill with them, but I'm sleeping so much better!
