Michael, with all due respect - you were never a Relentless customer; you had a 30-minute admissions call with our team to validate whether there was a two-way fit.

No service had been purchased, no commitment had been made, no money had changed hands.

We have dozens of such admissions calls daily, and many prospects are not a fit for our service, for a variety of reasons. That's fine, it is designed to be an exploratory call and there are never hard feelings when either side deems the fit to be not quite the right one.

On the call, our admissions representative did her best to clarify that there is a setup fee upfront, and the realization fee is 10% of the first-year base salary (only if we place you). You then used a more aggressive tone to argue your point and the conversation ended shortly thereafter.

Lincoln, respectfully - you were never a Relentless customer. You're describing a company whose services you didn't engage as "a scam." That's a dangerous and disingenuous word to toss out there - because how would you know if you never even used us?

Our pricing is exactly as you described it. Setup fee upfront to cover search costs, then 10% of your first-year base salary (only if we place you). We don't hide the fees. We actively discuss and walk all prospective clients through the fee structure on the admissions call before anyone pays. Quite often there is not a mutual fit, and that is fine. It doesn't mean we are a fraud, it simply means we are a higher-end solution that may not be right for some.

On results: there are 60+ video testimonials (visit joinrelentless.com/reviews) from clients - with their LinkedIn profiles attached, so anyone reading this can verify outcomes themselves rather than take our word for it.

The 10% placement fee only applies when we actually land you a role. That's our "guarantee" structure.

On the cold email: yes, we do outbound. If the opener didn't land for you, fair. That's a style preference. We don't scam or spam anyone, because we always show up for the admissions call, and we ultimately deliver a highly valued service to those that become clients.
