It is very easy to navigate the website and place your order. I received my jigsaws very quickly and they were very well packaged. The Courier service similarly could not be faulted.

Great selection of jigsaws.

Great selection of jigsaws all very reasonably priced. Delivery was quick and at reasonable cost. I have used the company on numerous occasions and have never had any reason to complain.

Delivery charges.

The fact you had what I wanted at a price that was fair, including delivery charges. Others had more expensive delivery charges.

The service was very good, product terrible and not worth the cost

The service was very good, I received my puzzlepad exactly when it was expected. However, my issue is with the product. I have a 4000 piece puzzle which is not going to get done in 2 days hence buying the pad so that I can roll it up. I appreciate that loose pieces won’t roll well so I’ve waited until I’m three quarters of the way through. The puzzle will not roll without breaking up, completely defeating the whole reason for purchase … very disappointing

Great choice of puzzles

I was so pleased to see so many puzzles available. My usual supplier had almost all puzzles that I was interested in 'sold out'
However, I was pleased with your selection and availability so will use you for my puzzle supply in future. The puzzles were well wrapped and protected and delivery was prompt. Thank you Ann
