Easy to trade with - did what they said they would

My limited company has been trading 6 years, good cash flow and never needed to borrow money, thought a fuel card would be a good addition. When I applied they said the business was deemed a risk without paying a deposit down, it all seemed a bit odd, but paid £200 deposit. We only have one company vehicle, first fill up went great, was about £75 to fill it up, at the end of that week went to fill it up so it was ready for the following week and it was declined. They’d put a £100 weekly limit on the amount of fuel that could be used. They’d put whole experience was a complete waste of time, that to be fair, from the £200 deposit to the £100 limit, I found humiliating.

Good prices, great service.

Generally, the prices are cheaper than pump price. Although they're often a few pence above some other fuel cards. But the service is good, so I stay with them.

Invoices are issued promptly, and my staff haven't had any issues using the cards. Recommend.

easy to set up and invoices every week only thing let stops from having 5 * is a lot of garages say they do not take when listed on the app but CS is excellent

After using a number of fuel companies who after the initial period fuel prices just kept rising until they were higher than the forecourt we moved to InterFuels they have been precise and constant with there pricing as they said they would . A breath of fresh air in today’s climate

I've been with this company a few years now, found them competitive on price and dependable with price updates on a Friday text. Payments are made from your bank account 2 weeks after filling up! They also have a good selection of different cards available to suit your needs.

Also there is a regular supply of audited invoices which are recap capturable in total at the end of the year makes my life very easy

When it comes to fuel cards, then basically the only thing that matters is the price, and InterFuels are consistently competitive and usually the best price every week. Invoicing is reliable and consistent. No hassles or other hidden charges - would highly recommend!
