I would have left a 0 rating if such a thing were possible. Tina Fewster from Interfuels cold-called and asked to speak to me. The person taking the call, spoke to me and passed on my message that I was fine for suppliers and didn't need to speak to more. Within a few moments an email arrived quoting uncompetitive prices and asking when the best time would be to call me. When told no, DO NOT then chase up with emails, wasting my time, especially when your rates are not in the slightest bit interesting.

Unsolicited call
Unsolicited call, despite being registered on TPS(!) claiming we had made multiple enquiries (we hadn't, and have no need to). To top it off, highly argumentative and unpleasant telesales lady ("Sue"). Will avoid like the plague.

Was very easy to set up
Was very easy to set up. I had been putting off changing fuel card provider as previous experiences had been painful. The girls in the office were very helpful and it changed over very smoothly indeed.

Constant spam emails to my work email address. I don't even kno who these people are! Have asked several times in writing to remove and they don't pick up the phone. Time to report the company.

the account was easy to set up, the cards arrived promptly and guidance was given on how to use the cards to be most cost effective
so far so good and we look to be making more savings than with our previous card holder
