Since 3rd September .. item been ordered .. They Number dont Work .. On whats app call doesnt get connected ... they dont reply to single msg .... no emails are replied ...

Its a fraud scam organization .. jurisdictory intervene must happen

Ordered items worth 1500 (mithai and biscuits), and they have not replied or updated, even after many messages. NEVER order from the scam site.

This has been one of those unfortunate experiences where I feel compelled to warn the general public about indygood.com. Believing it to be a genuine masala supplier, I placed two separate orders for different masalas on 07 September, as I had an important event on 15 September.

Expecting timely shipping, I kept checking their website for updates, but the order status remained “not shipped.” Concerned, I attempted to contact Indygood on 11 September, but their phone line was constantly busy and I could not reach anyone.

I then sent them an email requesting that my order be shipped in a timely manner, but I received no response. Today, 13 September, I tried contacting them again, but the phone line is still constantly busy. I also sent a WhatsApp message, but again—no reply.

At this point, I am left with no choice but to contact my bank and the appropriate legal authorities to attempt to recover my money. I cannot say for certain whether this is an outright scam or just gross negligence, but based on my experience, it feels like fraudulent behavior.

I am writing this review to warn others to be careful. If you are considering ordering from indygood.com, I strongly suggest avoiding it to prevent the frustration, financial loss, and stress I am currently dealing with.

This is very good company. All of the products of this company is very nice. Specifically all sweets and namkeen of Allahabad is a delicious taste.

Recommend all to repeat order.

No reply on email, no reply on WhatsApp, no reply on messages, not answering calls. This is a scam website. Do not order!! The good reviews you see here are fake.

It's a HORRIBLE utmost HORRIBLE SITE. I PAID RS 998. FOR 2 HALF KG TWO PACKETS OF SHREWSBERRY BISCUITS FROM KIYANI BAKERY ON 8th AUGUST 2025. THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER ON 9TH AUG 2025 WITHOUT ANY REASON AND DID NIT EVEN INFORM ME NOT DID THEY RETURN MY MONIES TILL DATE.
NEVER EVER TRUST THIS WEB SITE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS, NOR DO THEY REPLY TO WHATS APP MESSAGES. HORRIBLE IS THE CORRECT AND APPRORIATE WORD FOR THIS SITE. NUMBER 1 CHEATERS, I WOULD NAME THEM.

I've been trying to find good mawa cupcakes for my blog and finally found these! Kayani is a legendary brand and these live up to the reputation. Soft, buttery, perfect with cutting chai. Though I have to say they're quite rich - couldn't finish more than one at a time. Great for photos too. Took about 2 days to reach Delhi.

Ordered item x, received a cheaper item y. Difference in amount is not large but the company is not reachable at all. Number given doesn't work (always switched off), no response on WhatsApp and no response on email.

Do not buy anything from IndyGood (Pune).

Wish there was a negative rating (for the lack of responsiveness).

Very bad service. I had ordered and was charged for 2 pcs of different goods . Delivery took a long time. When the ordered was delivered, I was shocked to see only 1 item of each. The best part is indygood is unresponsive and inaccessible. I would give them negative rating. Their phone is permanently switched off or engaged.
Please dont order from them! You will be duped for sure.

Hopeless i had paid extra shipping charges for faster delivery. But I received 1 order after 10days that to in damaged condition & 2nd order no tracking on when it will delivered. No customer care available. Extremely hopeless

I placed an order worth Rs.1000 approximately for chocolates on 19th July 2025 through Indigood's website. It’s been several days now and I have received nothing. No product, no update, and no response from their end. I’ve tried reaching out via calls, WhatsApp, and emails – and they’ve ignored everything.

What’s worse is that they clearly mention on their website that “orders will be shipped by next day 5 p.m. max.” – but this is a complete lie designed to deceive customers and make them feel confident while placing the order. It’s just another layer of their scam.

They also offer an expedited shipping option for Rs.200 extra, which is just another trick to loot more money. The reality is: whether you pay extra or not, you won’t receive anything. These tactics are meant to mislead and cheat unsuspecting buyers.

This is not just about the money – it’s about the mental harassment, frustration, and breach of trust I’ve experienced. After doing some research, I found that this has been happening to many others for months, which means they are consistently scamming people and making easy money through fake promises.

Indigood is a fraudulent company, and I urge everyone to stay away from them. Do not fall for their polished website, fake promises, or so-called shipping timelines. They are not running a business – they’re running a scam.

I ordered two 500 gm packs of Shrewsbury biscuits online. And i was scammed. A package was delivered by Amazon Shipping. To my horror, the packed contained one empty but squashed box at the bottom, and one empty intact box on top. I brought it to their notice, even sharing a video of the package. Interestingly, the height of the outer box (packaging) was not enough to accommodate two boxes, which is why one box was squashed and placed at the bottom. Instead of apologising and agreeing to send a replacement, Indygood said they would take it up with the courier company. Indygood first claimed that all packing is done in-house and products go through a strict quality check. When confronted with the video, Indygood claimed that the courier company has changed the outer box. Typical diversionary nonsense! There was thieving and I suffered. No apologies. No compensation.

Received a expired date product, tryed calling and also emailed them but no reply, looks like they are cheating customers.

Lost money as half of the shipment never arrived. Not responding over emails.
Phone no is not working.

They are true fraud. There is no option for pay on delivery. Once you pay online you will never receive your product. Top of above they never pick phone or respond. So guys be careful.
