Fraud, Fake. Do not order.

I ordered 2 packs of Diplomat Immunity Booster Tea from Indygood over a MONTH ago. I paid almost FOUR TIMES the normal price, assuming I was dealing with a premium, reliable platform.
That was a huge mistake.
To date, nothing has been delivered. No product. No resolution. No accountability.
Customer support is either non-existent or completely useless. Repeated follow-ups have led nowhere, and there has been zero effort to refund or even properly explain the delay. Taking money is clearly very easy for them; delivering products apparently isn’t.
Charging inflated prices and then failing to deliver for months is unacceptable and frankly feels dishonest. This is not a minor delay — this is a complete failure to fulfil a paid order.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Indygood unless you’re comfortable paying premium prices and receiving absolutely nothing in return.
Worst online shopping experience I’ve had in a long time.

They just dont send the orders, simple as that. You'll order, pay, never receive anything, and they never reply to emails or whatsapp.

Very bad experience – feels like a scam
I had a very disappointing experience with Indygood. I paid ₹2,946 via UPI for ladyfinger biscuits for tiramisu. Their policy clearly says that orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, but it has been several days and there is no update at all.
I tried contacting them through email and phone, but there is no response, and their contact number is not working. This is extremely unprofessional and worrying. I have ordered many times from other brands, but never faced such poor service.
No dispatch, no tracking details, no reply — this feels like fraud.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from this company

Please do not order as this is a Spam account. I have raised a complaint with consumer forum. There are no updates or delivery after my order

I wish I could mark it as 0 - took money, never sent good and now trying to work with my bank to get a refund - NEVER USE THEM - They promise to send in 24hrs, it's now been almost 16 days and my items still not dispatched

The ordered stuff has never arrived. The numerous email regarding this is not answered. The invoice is already paid by me. May be thats the reason they dont care.

They took my money and it is been 20 days now since then that I am not able to rea h them. Initially they were active on whatsup but now aftwr money transfer is done - they are not responding
Then now no one is reachable.
Calling Phone number does not work
Whatsup smses are not being replied to
Email are not being replied too
My mistake, I should have checked their reviews before ordering from unknown websites

I have been scammed by this Company. I order Coffee powder and despite paying in advance - they said they havent received the payment. No emails, no phone number, no whats app work, and on top of that they were asking for 2nd payment.
TOTAL FRAUD - BE AWARE

i lost my money on an ordered product, they are scammers. the mail, phone numbers or whatsapp numbers dont work.

I too have been scammed by Indygood company. I have been waiting since 2 months for my order to get delivered. After repeated texts,watsapp messages and calls there was no response. Please be aware from such scammers. Karma is bound to hit them in some or the other way

I have ordered a product on 8 Aug. Till now they didn't shipped. I am unable to get connected to their customer service. This company is looting money from people.

Absolute Scammers. They only take payment and there is no delivery. No order details on email, no repsonse to complaints and or any email. Stay away.

Have been regularly ordering Twining Superblends and other exotic teas. This was my 5th order. Their service has been satisfactory. Also these products are rare to get. (Not even on the famous economy sites like Amazon etc)
