Amazing product love everything about your brand , the oil is amazing not greasy at all thank you x
The balm was lovely and smelt divine, but unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to it, which ILA apothecary thought was most likely due to one - or more - of the essential oils in the product. Their communication was great, and they were quick to refund me the money. Such a shame it didn't work out.

I purchased Speak Your Truth Aroma Roller based on its described feminine floral scent - timeless aromas of Rose, Sandalwood with a hint of vanilla. When I removed the cap, the aroma was highly unpleasant and bore no resemblance to the above. Some reviews also bore this out. Maybe a rogue batch? Either way, this product was not as described. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Connsumer Rights Act 2015, my rights by law, are to receive a full refund by returning the item and cancelling my order. I informed Ilapothecary that I was not happy and that the item was not as described. I asked for a return address and to be refunded in full. This Company totally ignored my request but also their lawful responsibilities as no response has been received. This is not acceptable. My advice is 'distance purchase' from this Company at your peril!

The smell is very odd. Room spray and rollers are not what I thought they would be. I’m very disappointed it’s a real shame as I don’t want to use chemicals.

I ordered an expensive item from ilāpothecary as a Christmas present and it was unfortunately broken on arrival.
I have emailed their customer services four times since then and have received no response. They state they usually respond within 48 hours, yet it has been weeks.
A very poor Customer Service experience overall.
Customer care is awful. I reached out as they had a special offer of a free lip balm on orders over £65, however when I got to checkout they said the lip balm was out of stock, yet if I added the lip balm to the order it was in stock as long as I bought it. I reached out to customer care and Nazia initially was very helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t see her response until the following day, but went back onto the website to order and this time, even though the items in my cart said £69.60 in total, when I went to check out they went up to £87. I reached out again, but no response. I have reached out three times since and nothing. For such beautiful, well made, natural products you’d think they would have a well trained, efficient customer care team, but alas this is not the case. My mission now is to find another natural, delicious smelling body balm because I won’t be buying from this company again.
Promised much and exceeded my expectations. Beat the blues strangely does just that. I have ME and this product is my go to day and night. Unlike mainstream perfumes which are beautiful to smell yet do not deliver the healing magic of iapothecary products. Am so happy to have discovered this beautiful line of products 🙌🏽

I am staying in Portugal for 2 months and ordered some products from Ilpothacary on 12th May to use whilst I am here. They said they could deliver. I spent approx £120. The products have not arrived. I was informed by the tracking they were held in customs due to a discrepancy with the paperwork. I contacted the company to let them know but they did nothing to help. In the end I was so frustrated dealing with Ilpothacary and the Portuguese postal service I told them to send the shipment back. That was 2 weeks ago. Not only have I not received the refund but I also have received no response to my emails or a complaint I made through PayPal. The products may be quite nice but the customer service is appalling. I feel sure the refund will be issued through PayPal based on non delivery. Their business functions in a very crowded space where repeat business and customer loyalty is important, I’m not sure their level of customer service is enough to achieve and maintain that. I will not be purchasing from them again.
