Excellent service. I rang to ask if they could prioritise my delivery as I was unwell and the supplying company had given me very mixed messages. They were so helpful and said it would be delivered the following day. They rang me an hour before delivery. Delivered smoothly.

bought items from buydirect.ie, they never delivery no phone calls no bell ringing and they keep saying they attempted but nobody at home. Stay away for this website, they also cut you from a refund and need to call the bank to get a full refund. SCAMMERS

I bought 8 appliances from buyitdirect, the result was that the delivery driver was super rude and also broke my door frame, and when I opened the appliances I found 2 appliances smashed, a complete disaster, now nobody wants to take responsibility for the broken door of my house, but I plan to sue them.

We ordered a 70" very heavy 50kg fire from BuyitDirect on the 23rd February. Created an account with them and a delivery date was showing as the 14th March by Homesmart. Got a phone call on the 3rd March to say the delivery was 45 minutes away. I guess this is one good thing about being retired that we could take the delivery even with it being 11 days early. The delivery driver was working single handed but was well able to manoeuvre the fire into the house with minimal assistance. He was very polite & courteous & treated the delivery with care (which has since been opened & works perfectly).

Joke of a delivery service. No notice that package would be delivered until morning of (30mins lead time) and it was never delivered to my home in the end! I don't know where they've left it but it's definitely not my house.

Bought a fridge freezer from buyitdirect & got no email from the company about delivery. When I rang the phone was answered by a pallet company who said they work out of a different building & they share the same phone number, but she would email them & they would call me back, they didn’t. 1 week later & still no contact from them I had to ring buyitdiret.ie & cancel the order!!!! Not one bit happy!!!!! Check with the company who they use for deliveries & if it’s Homestart don’t buy it.

Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Paid €73 for delivery through duyitdirect.ie. Driver wouldn't deliver it upstairs to my front door on the first floor. Driver didn't even have a trolley. Absolutely disgraceful. Left fridge at the bottom of the stairs. Didn't have a second person with him. Diving around with his wife.

I bought AC and this company was delivery company. this guy in photos called me and sent me message, I confirm but there were no deliver, I called him 2 times he did not open and no response. His phone number ends with *2134. today I sent a message and he called and told me" I delivered AC to your warehouse" but I could not find it. He delivered it someone instead of me. Also he told me a lot f-word and I hanged up on his ear. I never experienced this kind of amateur service. I will never buy something from buyitdirect and you. I will complain this guy to everyplatform. If I am able to give negative star I am willing to give this guy -1000 star.

our item was delivered today. Delivered by James and Jason. They telephoned 15 mins before arrival. Very professional. thank you

Worst Delivery / Courier Company. BuyItDirect use them. Don't answer their phone, don't update delivery status. Delivery Dates incorrect.

Absolute JOKE of a company ..
They hire contractors and then don't pay them. Waiting over a year to be paid .
Complete con of a company ..
Have no clue how they get the contracts they have .

Absolutely disgraceful service. they rang at 7.15 am on a work day to give notice of delivery of a fridge at 7.30am (15 min notice). Then said they would not take away the old fridge unless it had been switched off for 24hrs. Delivery was re arranged for the following Friday, Waited in til 7.30pm they didn't turn up. Can't reschedule as they won't answer any phone calls or emails. Still no fridge. They are not even worth the one star I have given them but there is not a 'no star' option.

Sunday 16th April one of their drivers nearly took 2 motorcycles off the road on road to Dungarvan he passed us during thick fog with extremely poor visibility on a continuous white line while oncoming traffic approached he then pulled in nearly hitting 2 of our group very dangerous
I have tried ringing all numbers I have text and emailed and no response so I will be handing it to the garda he should be put off the road for this behaviour

Absolutely terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Appliance Direct UK use them, we ordered a removal of old oven following delivery of new one. Oven delivered on 24th March, STILL waiting for old ovens removal. Dealing with AD , over 20 emails, numerous phone calls etc. Just keep saying it'll be collected in 48 hours, or they can't confirm as Homesmart haven't replied to them. If they don't reply to the contractor, what hope does a customer have. In future will not use any company who have these as there delivery/collection company. Appalling.

Un-contactable by phone....screams unprofessional...i'll be complaining to the company i bought the item from and asking them to look at these reviews...
Delivery guys didnt care about my issues...

As previous reviews do yourself a favor and avoid any company that uses this courier service. Absolutely ridiculous experience with them and as said before nobody is bothered to answer calls, texts or emails.

Avoid homesmart express at all costs. No notice given on delivery time and all 3 hubs are uncontactable as they don’t answer their phones. They also do not respond to emails. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Ridiculous service, absolute disgrace.

I have recently had experience with them via IKEA Dublin, as they do the home delivery service for them.
I have needed to get items replaced two times due to poor handling. Various damage on the corner and sides of the items including a mark and crack clearly from the corner of another item. They even dropped one of the large items from the truck right in front of me.

In total this has increased the waiting time for these items by another 2 weeks on the top of the initial 1 month of waiting time.

Totally inadequate skills and unfriendly staff.
Would be great if they'd employed people who have at least the basic care and skills for the items they handle.
At least they are somewhat accurate, so that's something.
