I ordered they sent it arrived as expected. I had no contact as there were no issues.
Five star ratings are a joke and give no actual indication of service, but I wouldn't want to give an actual rating as it would harm a perfectly fine business. 3 stars should be did what it said on the box not 5 which should be above and beyond.

Really good model supplies company
Really good model supplies company, with the best prices for Milliput, which I use a lot. My order arrived quickly and well packaged. My only - and very tiny - criticism is that the range of items cater mostly for model enthusiasts, so is a bit limited for my particular purposes. I will definitely use the shop again for any model supplies I need however.
