Buongiorno, sono finalmente riuscito a contattare il venditore. Anche se la licenza non è stata usata non si ha diritto al rimborso. Sono riuscito comunque con il loro aiuto ad attivarla. Che non si possa avere in nessun modo il rimborso comunque non ti dà nessuna tutela. Prr questo sconsiglio
Ho acquistato la licenza microsoft 365. La chiave di attivazione non è arrivata, il servizio assistenza non risponde. Sto cercando di avere il rimborso

Acquistato un prodotto eseguito pagamento immediato subito dopo contattato il venditore che iniziale ente non risponde.. Contattato g2a per riferire che il venditore non risponde.. Il venditore il giorni dopo mi dice che non risulta il pagamento fatto.. Gli faccio vedere (tramite PayPal) che è stato eseguito ma lui continua a dire che non gli risulta. Contattato g2a che fa finta di niente e mi dice di arrangiarmi con il venditore. Io sono ancora qui che aspetto!!
