Ancora dopo 1 mese il rimborso non è stato effettuato ed il servizio clienti continua a non seguire la pratica per il rimborso! La cosa ancora più grave è che il venditore continua a ricevere feedback negativi e truffare la gente senza essere bloccato o limitato! Esperienza estremamente negativa e inaccettabile. Ho acquistato due account di Crunchyroll con validità annuale, ma non mi è stato fornito alcun servizio effettivo: di fatto si è trattato di una truffa.
Nonostante i tentativi di contattare l’assistenza, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta né supporto. L’assenza totale di assistenza aggrava ulteriormente una situazione già grave.
Sconsiglio vivamente qualsiasi acquisto tramite questa piattaforma. Ora sono in causa con Paypal per il rimborso, ma non me lo daranno mai.

Orrendo, ho acquistato due account di Crunchyroll per un anno, mi hanno scammato senza darmi nulla.. ho provato a contattare l assistenza e anche lei non ha risposto.. per favore non comprate nulla da qui.
