Tutto bene finché non serve assistenza
Giá comprato in passato e tutto bene,. A questo giro qualcosa é andato storto, transazione paypal accettata ma non risulta l'ordine nello storico e non ho ovviamente ricevuto la chiave. Quasi una settimana dal ticket aperto con il codice ordine e il codice transazione paypal ancora nessuna risposta, non so neanche se é stata presa in carico.

Truffa tollerata da G2A: Abbonamento revocato e nessun rimborso
Ho acquistato un abbonamento di 12 mesi a ChatGPT Plus tramite il venditore "Voucherskingdom" su G2A. Dopo soli 5 mesi (dal 28 dicembre al 10 maggio), l'account ha improvvisamente smesso di funzionare.
Contattando il venditore, quest'ultimo ha candidamente ammesso in chat che l'account è stato bloccato direttamente da OpenAI per violazione delle loro policy (evidentemente vendono account generati con metodi irregolari).
La cosa inaccettabile è che il venditore si rifiuta categoricamente di emettere un rimborso per i 7 mesi pagati e non usufruiti. Invece, cerca di obbligarmi ad accettare account per servizi totalmente diversi che non ho mai richiesto (come Spotify, Canva o Crunchyroll), al solo scopo di non restituire il denaro.
Ho appena aperto un ticket ufficiale fornendo tutti gli screenshot che provano l'ammissione di colpa del venditore. Scrivo questa recensione per chiedere l'intervento immediato del team di supporto di G2A: vi chiedo di applicare la vostra protezione acquisti e di tutelarmi da queste pratiche.
Pretendo il rimborso per il servizio non erogato. In caso contrario, mi vedrò costretto a procedere con il chargeback tramite il mio circuito di pagamento per recuperare i soldi.

Imbarazzanti - due volte
Vergognosi, acquistata una chiave da venditore terzo, chiave non funzionante perchè revocata o appartenente a batch rubato (dichiarato da Steam). Nonostante tutte le prove fornite, essun rimborso e non è possibile piu riaprire il ticket sullo stesso problema nè contattare l'assistenza (risponde solo una IA). Per quanto mi riguarda è l'ultima volta che acquisto su G2A. A mai più.
AGGIORNAMENTO: dopo aver “analizzato il problema”, hanno liquidato tutto con la solita scusa della disputa PayPal, che sono stato costretto ad aprire dopo diverse settimane in cui mi hanno bellamente ignorato, quando quella disputa è in realtà già CHIUSA a loro favore (Paypal sostiene che siccome loro hanno inviato la chiave, allora loro sono ok, non importa che la chiave sia non funzionante).
Non si può mettere meno di una stella, ma se si potesse ne metterei zero.
Il loro intervento non ha risolto nulla: ha solo confermato che non sono in grado di gestire correttamente un caso banale e documentato.
