The products that you order are not the same as what they advertised and they don’t mention that you need to assemble the products either which you do and when you try for a refund they only send you a percentage of the original price so you waste your money In the end
I bought what looked like a lighted piece of wall art that’s also a functional clock.
1. Nowhere does it say that assembly is required, but it arrived fully unassembled and with no instructions
2. It’s says “lighting effects” included but there are not any
3. Also says “decorative function” included but there isn’t

Products arrive totally different from what is advertised. Then made very difficult to get a refund, and charged for returning it so it's extremely rare you will get all your money back
I would like to give the clock a zero if that were an option. This is a very poor quality, cheap picture. It has no dimension as the picture appears. There are no lights, etc. You have to assemble the clock and the hands came bent. Do not waste your money! I purchased this for my son in law but am too embarrassed to give it to him.
This is the 2nd company that have ripped me off, I do not think I will be buying anything from people who advertise on Facebook again, do not go near this company because what you are buying is nothing like they are selling, complete con to say the least.
