Feeling so scammed
Feeling so scammed. Great premise but the protection isnt real and the product quality isnt there . The customer service is AI responses and if it actually is a person they dont take the time to listen to you in the email replies. For some reason in my interactions with their customer servicrthey talked about and brought up other issues that I didnt even bring up because at first I was willing to be ok with it The images of what I was under the impression I was buying and what I received were very different customer service were no help and ready to blame me vs help me. These items cannot be played without a base despite the final image showing they can be. So multiple locations isnt possible despite showing they can be in the photo for the wooden stand which is another disappointing feature.
The magnets dont stick to the fridge i sent video proof and despite already having sent it they asked for it again (poasibly ignored it? I dunno) then when ghr video was addressed they denied that it couls be their product as they couldn't see the logo despite me sending them right out of the box photos days prior of the exact same product. This whole experience feels like anything to avoid addressing the issues with their product ,avoiding providing meworking product, or a refund. Im being made to jump through hoops to get a refund or a working product and if you want to avoid all the hassle and just return it you have to pay because it is a custom item. So either way this is such a rip off. Money wasted and a faulty product with 0 help from customer service other than making you feel like a circus animal jumping through hoops and chasing them to keep holding them accountable for their lack of quality. I cannot recommend this company. I wish I hadnt ordered. I know my review says 1 star but it is more of a negative 5 star review. A point from 0 deducted to account for every problem ive had since reporting to them immediately that their item was faulty.
Update. I have been emailing daily with a 24 hr delay ina reponse due to them actually being in China they finally acknowledged that the base is faulty and offered me a 20% refund and told me to go to a store and buy a magnetic strip instead of receiving a new base. This is such a joke. Just dont order from this company who doesnt take responsib1ility for defective products?
Update: I decided to file a claim through PayPal the company spent days bullying me to close the claim suddenly they were able to send me a new base but only if I closed the claim ( if I did this and the base still didnt work id be out money because once you close a claim you can't reopen it) seller through PayPal wanted me to send the item back to China on my dime and thats how I couls get a refund for a defective product. Luckily I was able to get help through PayPal
Honestly just don't with this seller. It isnt worth it at all
