Even here Flip is not responding to direct questions…
Even here Flip is trying to cover up their poor management and customer service by not answering to the exact concerns. Lets try it again. One question at a time. Hopefully i won’t get a generic response this time.
Last week a lot of users, me included, caught Flip on lies about “EQUAL FREE GIFTS” for everyone, top management assured everyone has the equal gifts availability no matter on the account metrics. However, it did not looked like truth, facts were saying differently. Evidences were provided, Flip took a few days to respond so they can come out with a new story. Finally, Flip came out with another story saying about some sort of algorithm appeared after the last app update (it was done 1 month ago), saying free gifts now vary “BASED ON PURCHASES AND PREFERENCES”.
Can you please explain that? A few days ago you were confirming equality… why did the story changed over the weekend? Because evidences of your lies were revealed and “equal” access excuse would not work anymore?!
That problem with free gifts occurred a month ago, the app was updated at the same time. But explanation by Flip was different (both times “confirmed by upper management “, they said) till the moment the evidence were presented. Why are were you lying again and again?
Genius app with genuine community!
This app is absolutely brilliant! In my experience, it creates a genuine sense of community among real shoppers who provide real reviews. Thanks to this App, I've discovered fantastic new products and loved every single one of them based on the reviews... AND the 30% discount is such a great incentive! I'm delighted to witness Flip's expansion beyond beauty products.
My account got hacked after one…
My account got hacked after one purchase and someone charged $800 worth of stuff to my account. Customer support refused to do anything about it after I reported it to them. I ended up having to delete my account and then they retaliated by banning me from the platform. Awful from beginning to end.

Love love love...first order was lost by shipping company, contacted live support, resent immediately...love the community of reviewers...finding new products, free shipping, free returns and the discounts are amazing...the chance to get free luxury items for just reviewing them is phenomenal...and can I say, my skin has never felt better, lol

Missing package
I payed $35 and waited a week for my package. And when it finally said “delivered” it wasn’t there. How could my package not be there? I contacted live support but received no response. I want my money back that this point.
A non-returning customer
I bought products from this app/company. I received an email from Flip that my product was delivered. With excitement I looked out and my product was not there. So I contacted “live support”. “Live support” never responded and I sent an email to the Wecare email from Flips site and someone replied back to me with an email stating “live support” would reply back in minutes. As of January 5, 2023 no response on “live support” and email stats email replies will take 48 hours as the first and only email stated. There is currently no information on the site regarding times of if support is 24 hours or just between certain times. This company seems unreliable and doesn’t care about their customers once they receive their money. I will not be shopping here again and I hope my package gets here or a refund will be demanded.
