They sent wrong item
They sent wrong item and when I requested return they sent me a return slip for the post office BUT it covered only up to two kilos when the item weighed six and have been unable to get a reply from them. So they are a very poor company and will not use them again if this how they work.

Product was poor quality. When washed according to the instructions, the white colour of the duvet went red as per the pattern.
