Easy to order. Was not expecting the full plumbing so that was a nice bonus.

Had a small issue with getting the package was able to talk with a gentleman not going to put his name out here for everyone was very nice and understanding with my situation and we were able to come to terms about getting me the package was well worth the purchase and and extremely nice company to work with looking forward to getting other equipment from them in the near future

Received it in a timely manner (4 days). Easily installed. Had it running for a week and so far working great.

Fast customer service. Had trouble ordering on their website. But they helped me through it. And called me to follow up and ended up registering my system on the phone. And when I couldn't get it to read the AMPS and salinity. Email them pictures. They got right back to me and told me I had to add jumpers. System is working so much better than my Hayward ever did. Make sure you get a system bigger than the gallons you have. The system won't have to work so hard and will last longer. This company is legit and based in Texas.

Quickly received my order for a Resilience salt cell. Problem solved.

Was on my second cell from circupool and started having some problems. Contacted tech support and was told some things to check and if it didn’t help, send back for testing. Was found to be defective and still under warranty. Sent me a new one for a fraction of the cost. When my system finally goes out I will only go to circupool for replacement. They are helpful, honest, reliable and always friendly. They have earned my trust and business. I would not consider going anywhere else

I received my order quickly and I was able to upgrade my salt water generator system for a few dollars.

Communication was great. Pump delivered on time and we had installed the next day. So far so good but has only been in for a week. We replaced an old one speed so will be interesting to see the cost savings

I was a little nervous about ordering such an expensive item via the internet, but all went smoothly. I appreciated the ease of the link to track the order.

Salt cell works well. Easy instructions and installation. Arrived in a timely manner. My only problem was with technical support prior to buying the cell. Was kept on hold for twenty minutes then an automated voice came on to say goodbye and hung up.
