Easy install working fine

I have been a customer for over 15 years and have purchased their product (Circupool SJ 20) replacement cell once before without any incidents. This time however, I received a new replacement cell, installed it and ran the pump, when the system came on the case showed enough bubbles from the blades I thought problem solved; a month later as I checked the cell for maintenance only the middle blade was producing chlorine the outer blades seemed inert as if no power to them. I contacted DSP and after been on hold for 25 minutes, a technician answered. She wasn't polite and immediately upon hearing my request for replacement, she told me this can only be done after they conduct a test of the unit, and in the mean time to use chlorine while they decide their next on the request after it is tested. I live in FL, it rains every day and the temperature is in the 90s. When I asked them to provide me with a working unit while they test the faculty one,she stated "only if you pay for the new one."

Very quick to arrive and so far it is outperforming the previous Pentair IC40. Hopeful that the cell lasts roughly the same amount of time and excited to be able to replace just the cell going forward. Great design and price was 30% less so it really is a no brainer.

My experience with DSP was a very good one. I was very happy to find that they carried a quality replacement chlorine generator for the Pentair IC40. I am so tired of the IC40 failing after only 3 years of operation. Never going back to Pentair for ANYTHING!! The new Apex chlorine generator fix into my existing plumbing and plugged right into the Pentair controller. If it lasts more than 3 years I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Where do I begin. I called discount pools on Friday. I was connected to Sara, and told her my problem I was having with my 14 year old circupool controller. She instructed me to go through the settings on the controller and began troubleshooting the problems I was having for the product. She was very knowledgeable in this controller and thought it would be a good idea to bring it in for testing. I brought it in today and she took it immediately to the techs. controller was in fact was bad. She offered me a replacement or a refurbished one. I chose the refurbished version. So far so good. What a stellar employee you have working with your company. She is both kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. If I need anything else from circupool I will request to speak to Sara. She’s marvelous!!!!!

Everything seems great so far. Haven’t checked the chlorine levels since I installed it as I have been out of town but it was shipped quickly and seems like a nice product.

I received Exceptional Customer Service from DSP! The salt cell I purchased from them (two years old and had worked perfectly for the past two summer seasons) wasn’t operating properly (not correctly reading salt levels), so I called them. Sarah was incredibly helpful. I live fairly close to their location and took my cell to them. They diagnosed and repaired it quickly while I waited (flow switch needed replacing).
