As a first-time buyer, I was nervous and unsure about the mortgage process, but the team at Censeo, in particular, Christopher and Mercedes made the experience incredibly smooth and reassuring from the start.
I found them to be extremely efficient, friendly and professional throughout. What really stood out was their patience and understanding.
Communication has been excellent. They always respond back to me promptly, explaining things clearly, without ever making me feel rushed, overwhelmed or like I was a bother. They keep me informed at every stage, and have guided me step-by-step through this process, which has made a world of difference to my confidence and peace of mind.
I have genuinely felt supported the entire way through and couldn’t be more happy and grateful for their help. I will definitely be recommending Christopher and Mercedes at Censeo to my family and friends and especially fellow first-time buyers like myself looking for a team who truly cares, are trustworthy and knows what they are doing.

If you are ever looking for someone to make your life 10x easier when it comes to applying for a mortgage, I hope you are assigned Mr Jack Stanton.
For a process that can be overwhelming, he made every stage simple and concise. We have been in communication with Jack for 4 months. During that time we have missed out on many houses. Jack has always been patient and supportive and provided the most diligent and niche advise. His colleague, Ruth Dobson was also a brilliant help!

I would definitely recommend Censeo. From start to finish everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly. Molly from Customer service was extremely helpful and friendly and helped us get our appointment sorted. Dwayne our mortgage adviser was amazing working hard to get us the best deal for our mortgage and took the time to answer any questions we had. He always responded promptly. Once we put in the application we were handed over to Mercedes who again upheld great responses and guided us through the rest of the process. Overall, great experience working with Censeo. Connie has been instrumental in us getting our mortgage approved we are very grateful for all her hard work patience and support. We are also grateful for the support given by Ruth in the final stages of the mortgage approval she was emailed us that the offer had been approved even though she was on annual leave. I cannot thank and praise Reena and Georgina enough. They were so helpful, supportive through every step of the process. Any issues that arose they were there to help navigate straight away and were always easily contactable.
