Professional & quick
David & Georgina were absolutely wonderful & very helpful which made the whole process of buying my first home way less daunting. They both explained everything in details and were always replying very quickly to any queries I got. Best of all, they secured my mortgage offer in such a short amount of time. Buying our first home
Both Christopher and Georgina were amazing when helping me and my fiancé purchase our first home! Christopher was great and went through every detail to help us understand what we needed and how it all worked. He was also easy to contact and replied very quickly to my enquiries. Georgina was great at explaining and guiding us through the mortgage stage, she was also very easy to contact and replied quickly. Overall, our experience using Censeo has been great! I really recommend them!!

David and Mercedes provided clear navigation to success in mortgage application
It is not every day when one buys a flat, let alone their first flat - and given how bureacratic the UK system is one always needs good guidance to navigate things through. Especially with so many parties involved (Peabody, solicitors, banks, insurance etc). David and Mercedes from Censeo made my life much easier by distilling all the info for me and helping to secure a very good mortgage deal. The rules for financial eligibility are so strangely written so they leave a very narrow window to fit in but David helped me make sense of all these rules and build a strong applications based on my circumstances. My only caveat is that the income protection insurance info was not very straightforward and I was left under impression for some time that it is obligatory while it is not. But now I have it nevertheless and am still not sure whether I need it or not.
