Do yourself a favor and buy your tile elsewhere. Custoner service mediocre. Tiles are low quality. We purchased 2" hexagon tiles from them and they are falling off the mesh sheet right and left because the glue that is holding them is not high quality. My tile is one of the best and he told us the tile is cheap quality... we paid over $20 a sqft. Customer service was a disaster with delivery until a supervisor intervened.

While the 16 tiles I ordered ( in error but that’s my problem! ) were delivered in 2 days, the charge for the delivery was EXTORTIONATE! I was charged 88 euro for the 16 tiles and 66 euro was for delivery!!
I thought this was a mistake but when I enquired I was told there was no mistake! The rude man told me the delivery charge had nothing to do with him and when asked why he chose such an expensive courier, he had no reasonable answer. Be warned not to buy from this company unless you want to pay treble or more for your order!

I have bought tiles from this company 5 times over the last 4 years and have found them nothing but superb for both product and service. Their selections of tiles are beautiful and hard to find elsewhere in Ireland. I hope they keep doing what they’re doing for many years to come as they deserve every success! Also on a side note, my most recent order arrived in a box full of shredded cardboard with a note explaining that they’re reusing clean cardboard waste for padding their packages - amazing!!😍

Really poor experience with this company. Attempted to buy two shower traps online. Paid and arranged a pick up date from the warehouse. Less than 24hrs before pickup I received an email to say website price incorrect and I had been refunded. I was told when I called that I would have to pay the amended price, which was double the advertised price, if I wanted the traps. Attempts to complain were met with repeated rudeness and basically tough s**t
I attempted to purchase again for inflated price few weeks later and paid and organised pick again. When I called to confirm a time on arranged day, I was told that only one of the two traps was available as they had sold other one?? I was then told that they would not be getting more so they refunded me for one and I picked up the available trap.

Avoid. Customer service is shocking. We looked at tiles in September and saw some we liked. Like a lot of people we were unsure exactly when the job would start and we knew best tile have a 28 day return policy on unused tiles. I asked on the day if that started the day the tiles were collected and I was assured that was the case. So we put a deposit down.
I paid off and collected the tiles roughly 4 weeks ago. Yesterday I realised I was going to be about 5 boxes over. I checked the dates and realised was at 30 days from collection. So I decided I’d call to the shop and ask would they exchange for a credit note thinking 2 days wouldn’t be a major issue and I wasn’t looking for a refund just credit. I was told in the shop that should be fine they would let the warehouse know and I could return. I immediately went home and collected the tiles and went to the warehouse where they refused point blank to take them telling me I bought the tiles in September. So for the sake of about 100 euro worth of tiles that I only wanted to swap for grout and adhesive they have lost any future business from me and I hope many future customers when I advise people I know not to deal with them. Worst service I have come across in a long time.
I have just read their own terms and conditions online and they state 30 days from purchase. So I was within the timeframe due to the fact I was told in the shop this period started upon collection of the tiles

Don't waste your time, my polished porcelain tiles didn't last 6 months. I was told not to go to that tile shop but I didn't listen and I'm paying the price now. rubbish. This guy comes across as nice and polite, if you have a problem that completely changes. The machine he brought in to "fix it" took the shine off the tiles making them worse. not only do we have flawed tiles now the shine is gone from the one's he tried to "fix". I wouldn't call telling people to avoid this company an online campaign. It's a way for the little guy to have a voice.

I've bought Best tiles excellent product over many years. I've received top class service with no disappointments. Beautiful tiles that really add to any project inside or out.

Excellent customer experience. Lee looked after us gave us options & suggestions. He gave us samples to take home. Ordering was easy & they were delivered quickly with very reasonable delivery charge.

Picked up some lovely Victorian effect tiles for an outdoor pathway, Lee and his colleagues couldn't have been more helpful, and the store had an amazing selection of stock, with lots of unique tile types we hadn't seen elsewhere.
Would highly recommend.

Do not use! They are scammers. Tiles arrived broken and they will not help and said I should have checked them while deliver driver was still there

Went to Best Tile and found Lee great to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgable about all the tiles I enquired about. Nothing was a problem for him . Would highly recommend Best Tile for a great selection of Tiles and ask for Lee.Went out to the Airport business park to pick up my tiles and found them ready for me and the guy dealing with me was very helpful and careful putting the tiles into my car. I chose best tile as I had dealt with them before. From the help I received in the showroom. To pick up at the warehouse, it was a seemless experience, and great value for money.

Terrible customer service and no guarantee on delivery for uk addresses.it is now 12days since I ordered, apparently these are sat on a pallet in Bexhill, and because the one employee is off sick, no one can unload the pallet and they can’t say when my tiles will be delivered. Asked for manager to call me back, all she said was they can’t do anything about it, dont know when they can deliver, can’t offer refund of any kind and when I said this was terrible customer service, she simply said they have plenty of happy customers around the world. Extremely uninterested in solving any problems or ameliorating the situation.
If in England, I would be very cautious about ordering from this company as it could be a weeks and weeks before your tiles arrive because someone if off sick in their Bexhill warehouse.

**Edit*** Despite their reply to this review, we were threatened by BestTile that the order would be “destroyed by the courier unless we accepted the delivery”, which when checking with the courier was not true (they told us they’d just send them back to BestTile and that it wasn’t a problem). I have emailed multiple times asking when our refund would be processed and all my emails have been ignored. — I ordered some floor tiles in August, and was informed that they could be delivered just over a week. After making payment, they then informed me that the tiles would take 12+ weeks to be delivered! We therefore cancelled the order in September, and only realised in late February that they had still not refunded us. Since then they are refusing to refund us as they didn't acknowledge the request, and have threatened us that we are responsible for receiving the order and sending it back to Ireland at our own expense (despite our renovation being well and truly over). Avoid, they have been really rude and unpleasant to deal with - and we are having to deal with our bank to recover our money.
