The room I stayed in was small&cozy, the rest of the rooms were in good shape and I could always find what I needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Cardiff!

Brilliant place and very well looked after

Nightmare! Wrong description on Booking. The deposit for the accommodation is not "collected" but has to be transferred to their account, which I did dutifully. Hasan was quick to push for the 200 GBP deposit - weeks before they deposit was due or before they had even sent any payment instructions. It took me several e-mails to receive their payment instructions. For the refund, they suddenly make up their own rules now. Guests must have a WISE account for the refund! This has never been communicated beforehand and is not part of the contract via Booking. Also, they wanted to trade a discount on the next stay in turn for a good feedback. No! Not with this mess!

Property was exactly as described, extremely neat and tidy and really good value - I was in town for a concert and the room was perfect for my overnight stay.
Would recommend and will be using them again if I’m in town!

Was looking for a place to stay in Cardiff and came across Hasan’s properties on AirBnB. Very clean, quick to answer, easy to check in and check out. Will definitely use Hasan’s places when I am back in Cardiff again.

I was needing a place to stay on short notice in Cardiff and I was amazed by how lucky I was to stay here. The property was a clean gorgeous Victorian Terrace house with a shared kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms fitted with a modern shower. The solidly built structure had still retained its charming period features and was in a nice area with lots of ATMs and shops and nice restaurants and had a direct access by Bus to Cardiff City Centre. The landlord was friendly showing me the property on arrival and explained how the only rule was following the recycling guidelines of Cardiff. He added me to the WhatsApp group and I was informed of any necessary information about the property. It was a quiet place and when I did bump into the other tenants they were very nice and friendly. I can’t highly recommend this place enough!
