Was told if I moved out of area where they didn’t provide service I wouldn’t be charged cancellation fee - NOT THE CASE. Will never recommend or use again.

Everything was great, except the technician would not go into the attic, which is an area I wanted covered. I so appreciate the technician, who was efficient, through (except for attic), and knowledgeable.

All of my contacts have been positive, They do a good job when its time to come out and spray. This last guy was exceptional. The only thing I don't like is the large window they give you ex: 8-5. You really cant plan your day.

Aptive is easy and effective
Aptiv is very easy to work with. I am usually not home when they do my service, but they send me pictures of everything they've done. They ask me if there are places that need special attention so they make sure and concentrate on the problem areas. I haven't seen a live bug inside for over a year.
