They took quite a while to arrive box was not in very good condition and they are very big!

Worst scammers!
Bras ordered were poor quality, bad fit, and I thought damaged, but it turns out this is how they are manufactured, with creased cups!
I was over charged. I thought I was paying £24 inc p&p but charged on my CC £30.
They even offer a returns policy which is non existent.
I’ve gone backwards and forwards with e mails with this poor excuse for a company and now my CC company is dealing with it.

Against my better judgment I bought a bra from this company. Immediately they took more money from my account than the checkout amount. I complained within seconds and asked to cancel the order. They did not cancel my order but adjusted the amount taken from my account. The product, a bra, arrived. It is a bad fit. I requested to return the item. They emailed saying they need to see a photo of the problem /issue with the bra. How is one supposed to do that apart from sending a photo of yourself in a badly fitting bra! I did take a photo of the bra but not with me in it and my reply was we will refund £2 as you haven’t shown what is wrong with the product! This is not legal with online purchases. I suggest DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WHO HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ETHICS. They are selling cheap products and hoping we just accept the £2 refund offer!

SCAM ALERT Basically this company is a scam.
They send you absolute rubbish glasses then refuse you a refund.
They offer £2 in compensation so you end up loosing your money. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Not quite as vibrant colours like the advert. Material is good quality but 2 or 3 more eyelets would be good.

To be honest thay are nice but I thought thay would be made a bit stronger little larger to me thay are just a little flimsy having said that thay are in the garden and do look nice

Glasses are OK, but not as clear as expected, especially close up. A little disappointed to say the least!

They have charged me the wrong amount and have also not shipped the glasses. I have suspected that they have scammed me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. IF SO YOUR GOING TO GET SCAMMED!!

Don’t be fooled by this company, I received a pair of these glasses and they were of no use at all, blurred vision for near, intermediate and far. Contacted them they said they would give me a £2 refund and I could keep the glasses or I could return them to China (which would cost me twice what I paid for the glasses in postage) for a full refund. Pointed out the 100% Risk Free promise and there response was very much ‘take it or leave it’. I should also point out that this is the second review I’ve left but they seem to be able to delete any review that isn’t 5 stars (and there was a lot), I will see how long this one lasts for?

The worst website to buy from i fully regret it!!! They sent the wrong size item and refused to return and offered £2 compensation then £4 then £6!!! Absolutely rubbish!!! I disputed it with my bank to get my full money back from this scam website, dont buy from them!!

SCAM!! I wish I'd looked at reviews before buying.
Ordered 3 bras, which are too big. Asked to return and have been offered £3 and I get to keep items. Explained that this is useless as items don't fit, was then offered £6 and told it will cost $40-$50 to return them to China. Have told them this is BS, waiting for a response..

They are not true to size and the Bra was damaged with a visible ridge in one of the cups, requested a refund as advertised. Sent a photo and was told the item matched my order and suggested I give the bra to a friend !!!!!! And Offered me £2.00 for my inconvenience

I sent info they wanted and they tried to tell me I had ordered from them before so a refund wasn't on the cards and offered £6 compensation and when I complained they came back with an offer of £9
I've spent way over that
I've been scammed
I told them I would write a scathing review

I ordered two bras Medium size. Firstly they tried to add £6.84 “VAT” that was not applicable. When I complained they refunded that, but how many others do not dispute that.
The bras did arrive, but were size Large, and enormous.
I asked for an exchange, but they said I got the size i ordered, which was untrue. They offered me £2 as a “goodwill gesture”. Obviously I have declined. They then informed me that it would cost me 40 to 50 dollars to return to China. I have now been offered £4! False advertising, as they say items can be returned within 15 days if unsuitable. I’ve declined again, of course. I wonder what I’ll be offered next??

Terrible service, my order has not been delivered although they say they have sent it three times. Each time they are unable to track the delivery, it all seems very strange. I would AVOID AVOID AVOID! I think it’s a scam.
