Poor receptionist

Today we attended my daughters appointment to remove her braces. Journey takes 40 oneway we were 20 minutes early. On arrival we were greeted with a unhelpful rude patronising receptionist with a disgusting attitude towards me and my daughter. She had informed us the appointment is cancelled and we were notified via text which was a lie after fact checked she admitted that we were not informed by text she tried to blame us for this basic error from a dental practise. To the owners of this company you need to train your staff the skills of a receptionist.

I SPENT OVER $10,000 THERE TO GET…

I SPENT OVER $10,000 THERE TO GET VENEERS. THEY FILED ALL MY REAL TEETH DOWN, VENEERS BROKE ONLY MONTHS LATER. THEY REFUSED TO RE-DO THE WORK OR REIMBURSE ME. NOW I HAVE TO WEAR DENTURES!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!

Very caring staff

As a person who is quite afraid to go to the dentist I have to say that the staff at Chester-le-Street are amazing, they know how I feel and are really caring when I visit, Laura is the best dentist I have ever had, she really puts me at ease, I still get nervous when I go but not nearly as much as I used to
