Ich hab Nike Free Turnschuhe bei aliexpress geordert. Die Schuhe blieben im Zoll hängen wegen Verdacht auf Plagiate. Da die Schuhe aber vom Zoll angenommen wurden hat aliexpress die Transaktion automatisch auf "finished" gesetzt. Damit ist das Geld weg und ich habe keine Möglichkeit mehr an das Geld zu kommen. Mit einer solchen Systematik ist der Käuferschutz nur ein schlechter Witz.

Then he "updates" the kids saying it's about to start. But it's a bunch of bs. Never buy anything from this website it's a scam go to amazon or eBay. So this con artist will leave you alone. Going to be my first experience, have placed a huge order already! But I just got a chance to check out the reviews and found really bad, like most of the reviews seems negative :| Made an order with many sellers, our friends group did together and you can imagine it's a big amount! Really didn't had an idea before that people might have many complaints regarding Aliexpress sellers, since this site is linked up with Alibaba & its quite famous and reliable... I hope In-shaa-ALLAH we'll have all our ordered goods on time and as good as expected. But, please all those who did a happy shopping here please share positive reviews because ofcourse there are many customers who are satisfied am sure;) Please share here since it seems really scary now:s We spent around 550 dollars already. Kindly answer me that; in the past when you were not satisfied with your order didn't you got any refund? My first purchase on aliexpress went well. I decided to try another, BAD IDEA! I purchased jewelry from an aliexpress store called Jewelry4Sale sellers name YUE ZHANG. I paid for .925 stamped sterling silver & drusy ring. What was sent to me was a plastic ring, literally plastic. Opening a dispute has been useless. I am realizing the scam here. Ali express knows they allow scammers, but they don't care, they make their money by 'holding' the funds that pass between buyer and seller, and collect interest. If you get scammed there, do nott even bother trying to dispute using aliexpress, its a waste of time.Call your debit/credit card holder and tell them that you were the victim of fraud via aliexpress. Your bank will get your funds back.
Please stay away from this site, i ordered a CD Unit, delivery was not too bad delivered under 4 days. BUT that was the only good thing. The item sent was broken and unusable and there was no damage to well packaged parcel indicating item was damaged before shipping and was intentional rip off brick parcel sent to me. AliExpress is more tilted towards sellers and not very much for buyers. Raised dispute but no avail so far. offered refund almost half the amount paid. I bought 3 bundles of hair from this site that was supposed to be Brazillian Body Wave (100% human). The hair got so tangled that i had to take it out of my hair after 2 weeks when it was supposed to last a year. Do not be fooled by these vendors in China. They mix hair, say its 100% human and sell it to you for a cheap price. I will never purchase anything from this site again. I emailed the manager back and forth since there isn't a number you can call without being charged international fees and she basically made up a lie. She asked me if I dyed the hair or put any type of heat on it and I informed her that I didn't do anything but put mousse and water on it. She replied with a Google search about what mousse does to your hair and she said that is what caused it to be so tangled. First of all, I have a friend that had the same hair in her head (from a different site) who not only put mousse in her hair, she dyed it and used heat on it everyday but it never tangled so much that she couldn't comb it out (like I did). Aliexpress hair is an absolute nightmare. I was supposed to have this hair in for vacation and I had to take it out the day I left. I was absolutely furious and it ruined my vacation. Who wants to go on vacation looking a complete mess with their hair tangled? The manager told me that she would send me one bundle of a different type of hair to see if I liked it and I could get 5% off if I liked it. I told her that I would never buy hair from them ever again and demanded that I get my money back. She stopped emailing me after this. Do not trust this site people!
I purchased two pairs of shoes one set arrived about a week after ordering another two weeks later, both pairs arrived in decent condition.The best thing to do is download the ali express app you can email your suppliers and it tells you where your package is and when they post it so its the best way to track your order. I have ordered more things off the site as I was happy with my last purchase. Remember to check the feed back on everything you buy.
Ordered before successfully. Have found products grossly misrepresented, extremely poor quality when arriving, if they arrive. Am having a problem with a seller. They opened a store. Lured in 100's of buyers. I bought. They then closed their store. Provided fake tracking # on the order. Nothing ever arrived. Have sent multiple messages with no response. Aliexpress will do nothing on the claim. Have now disputed the transaction with my credit card. Such a huge hassle. Got ripped off for over $40. Lesson learned. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. You have been warned!
I fell into the mistake of buying something from China in this site Aliexpress, and I had a bad experience! I didn't remove the goods from customs on time, and they closed the dispute without refund me the purchase price. They sent me an email confirming the refund in the amount of $ 0.00. What a joke! And where email to contact them? There is no email! Where an online chat to get in touch with them? There is no chat! It is a bad experience shopping there. Do not shop there! For the sake of your pocket and your peace.
My purchase was cheap, but still ... I think is absurd as a buyer ends up being treated there. Only by indignation, I found it necessary to warn prospective new buyers. Do not make purchases on Aliexpress.
Order placed in February still not here on April 7. Continual emails are no help. Ali Express will not even name the shipping company but to simply call them courier and wants me to check with them on shipment. I don't even know who the courier is! Very unreliable company with ZERO customer service. Stay far away from them and Jason Yang for your own piece of mind.
Wären die Chinesen ehrliche Kauflaute, sie wären steinreich. Hemmungslos werden fremde Bilder, Prokuktbeschreibungen und Materialeingenschaften eingesetzt, die keinster Weise der gelieferten Ware entsprechen. Es gibt Ausnahmen, besonders in der Elektronik. Dort sind wahre Perlen zu finden. Ansonsten wer Proell liebt muss dort bestellen.
I have never had any trouble with any purchases from this site. A couple things to note though, this site is made up of many sellers, it's somewhat like ebay in that aspect. This site is less structured, as in it doesn't seem to step in between sellers and buyers. This site is mostly, if not entirely, made up of Chinese merchants. Some sellers are better than others. Since it is located in China, the shipping, as with most shipping out of south-east Asia, will usually take at least one month, regardless of what they tell you. Sometimes it does arrive within a couple weeks, but don't order from here if you're on a time limit. The last thing, I would not reccomend buying electronics, this might be an outdated idea. I haven't tried buying electronics from here yet.

Placed a order on March 8, it is now April 3rd still haven't received my daughter's prom dress yet, and prom is this Saturday April 5th. The representative said that her dress will be in way before April 3rd and we are still waiting. Had to go out and buy my daughter another prom dress so I had to spend double of my money. We never ever buy from this company again and I hope others will do the same. Take my advice! I want a full refund. ....point blank!
