I purchased some Sennheiser earphones from NiceCans in Feb 2012 which went fine. The earphones developed a fault in July the same year. I emailed NiceCans three separate times over the following month, to two separate email addresses from their website (complaints@ and info@), all of which were ignored. I also wrote them a letter to their advertised address which was ignored as well.
In the end I contacted Sennheiser and got a replacement through them directly.
Their prices might be good but NiceCans have zero customer support when things go wrong, I'd avoid them at all costs.
Ordered on 7th December, product still not arrived and no answer on phone or emails. Contacted credit card company so hopefully they can sort it out, no wonder they don't have a paypal option. Note to self never order from a site with no paypal option, there will be a reason for this
I had an awful experience with Nicecans.co.uk / nice cans. Never got the product, a phone case I ordered. Called frequently, never got hold of anyone. Sent many emails. I was promised a refund. It never came. Wish I'd searched here before I ordered from them.
ordered a ds cover and screen saver on 21st of November got a e-mail the same day to say it was getting process and would b delivered in 5 working days its now the 14 December and still no sign of it have sent numerous e-mails and to no reply back please do not order of this website
I ordered a pair of Sony headphones, credit card charged 23rd Oct to company called Mobile Accessories, chased several times, had one email reply promising delivery but no further responses, and no reply to phone calls to Nice Cans. Next stage involve Credit Card Company.. Looks like I have been scammed., ........ After posting this comment a few days later a parcel arrived, in it a pair of headphones apparently of the type I ordered. However there was no senders address on the parcel, no paperwork inside either from the sender or from Sony, no Sony guarantee for the earphones. I assume they have come form Nice Cans but I have no proof of this and therefore no proof that I could use if i wanted to send them back. Eventually I got the goods- I think, but I won't use Nice cans again
Ordered pair of Sennheiser headphones - good price, I should have known! Money taken that day and supposedly posted on 5th October, not received. tried to phone, no answer after calling 4 days. Emailed 3 times...no response - off to call the credit card company next...dont waste time on them - wish I had checked with you first
Avoid these muggers at all costs. They have no intention of handing over goods. I am utterly convinced they approach every sale by waiting for an order to come in and then searching ebay for it as soon as possible.
The phone is never answered, email is never responded to. They are absolute thieves and a lesson for all businesses trying to conduct on-line transactions on how not to do it.
Ordered a battery charger for my phone 2 weeks ago, still no sign of delivery, however the money was taken out of my bank much quicker! No response to several emails or phone calls! Not sure how they keep getting away with this considering the amount of negative feedback they receive on these forums, wish I had looked prior to placing an order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Placed an order for a 5way splitter on sept 13th had email same day saying item had been sent out it is now the 21st and still have not got it. Rang ten times yesterday and they never answered despite claiming their phone lines are constantly manned also sent 6 emails to which have had no reply. Wish I would have looked on here sooner
On Thursday (13 September at 11am) I ordered "iHome iHM79 iHM79BE Black Rechargeable Mini Speakers" from NiceCans. I'd found them from Google Shopping where they had these speakers cheaper than anywhere else.
After I'd ordered, I saw all the negative reviews on TrustPilot and got really worried, half expecting that I wouldn't receive the items at all and would have to go through a lot of hassle to get my money back.
But later the same day I received a notice that my order had been dispatched, and today (Saturday 15 September) the parcel arrived with Royal Mail. The contents were the correct, brand new in box and working as expected.
So I can only give them 5 stars, absolutely no problems. I chose the free shipping option "Standard delivery within 5 Working Days", and in fact I had the speakers 2 days later, they were dispatched the same day with Royal Mail 2nd class.
Why this website hasn't been shut down yet is beyond me. Ordered headphones still not here a month later. The only thing this websites good at is giving poor EXCUSES. Communication was very poor. Only wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Reclaiming my money back through my bank. The owner of this website is a scumbag with no conscience!!
Bought a Belkin Armband on July 2nd but did not receive it. Emailed on July 23rd to ask where it was. On August 13th I got a reply that the Armband was returned and was promised to re-send the product. So far nothing happened despite my numerous emails to remind them that I still haven't received the product. Now I have send a Disputed Transactions Form to my credit card company. Hope they take some actions. My advice: don't use this company. Unreliable and incompetent
Recieved my order about ten days after ordering it. The headphones crackled and only worked on one side. After sending a couple of emails asking for returns instructions, I was sent a returns lable by email. Since then nothing, many emails and phone calls and messages left. No response. Refund requested and no refund. Avoid this set of crooks at all costs, scam products and they don't respond to emails so no chance of a refund. I've contacted my bank to retrieve my money.
